The band is comprised of musicians with a physical, sensory or mental health condition plus a couple of non-disabled support players and our message of empowerment, enjoyment and excellence in music making whatever the odds has not and will not change  Music wise, we strive to produce a quality professional sound and we are very versatile being able to field a full Big Band, A Jazz Combo, Sax Ensemble, or Ceilidh Band anywhere in the country.  We are also available for education, workshops and talks and we are very much invested in the welfare side of communities too.

 

We are always on the look out for opportunities to perform.As band members we rehearse and perform for the sheer love of playing and as such it is on a voluntary basis – we ensure that wherever possible no member is ever out of pocket for any events or rehearsals we do.  We are constantly looking for ways to fund raise to keep us going and to spread our message as we rebuild from scratch. Our members are from all over the country and we enjoy the social side as well as the music when we are together. We have fun playing the music and spending time in the company of other wonderful and like-minded people, spreading awareness at the same time.
